95th Summer Reunion

Please join us June 15-18, 2023 at Camp as we celebrate our 95th summer in style! We only get the chance for a big reunion once every 5 years, so you don’t want to miss this one. More details about the weekend are below, including lodging and cost. Keep checking this page for more updates and to see which of your old camp friends have signed up!

General Information

Registration Details

Registration fees cover dinner at Camp on Friday night, banquet meal at Camp on Saturday night, a variety of activities available around camp on Saturday (see below for some schedule highlights!), and other reunion-related expenses. Pricing is only $70 per adult, $40 per child (3-11). Children under 3 are free!

Activities

Many of your favorite Camp activities are being planned, such as hiking, four square, two square, free swim (the lakefront will be open!), disc golf, social event, a golf tournament, and more!

Thursday, June 15th
7:30pm - 8:15pm: Registration at the Welcome Shack

8:00pm - 9:30pm: Final Fire (a.k.a. Campfire)
After Final Fire: Dairy King with alumni (*DK likely closes at 10*)

Friday, June 16th
9:00am: Golf - Black Mountain golf course. Please contact alumni@campridgecrestalumni.com for details
10:00am: Morning Hike - Rattlesnake - Led by Harrison Collins

4:00pm - 5:30pm: Registration - Welcome Shack
5:00pm: Tour of camp with Ron - Come see the new cabins and buildings!
6:00pm: BBQ dinner at the Pavilion. A buffet of delicious local BBQ will be served
8:00pm: Social in Black Mountain at The Railyard

Saturday, June 17th
10:00am - 11:30am: Alumni Members Annual meeting @ the Chapel

10:00am: For those not attending the above Members Meeting - Four square / two square courts open, frisbee golf, hike around camp
1:00pm: Free Swim / Open Camp - Waterfront and various camp activities will be open

3:00pm - 4:00pm: Canteen is open and free for attendees!
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Clothing Store at the Lake Lodge. The clothing store will be open. Come buy some new camp swag!

4:00pm - 5:00pm: Alumni Frisbee Golf Tournament
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Banquet at Camp Ridgecrest (Spilman Lodge) – Catered dinner
8:00pm - 9:00pm: Social time in Spilman - Campfire and Songs with Ron

Sunday, June 18th
7:45am: Volunteer to help with Opening Day at Camp Ridgecrest (Limited Positions)
